Yes — as long as your HeyDay meals are frozen on arrival, they are safe to consume once heated, as per the packaging instructions. Please transfer them to your freezer as soon as possible.

If your delivery has been left outside for an extended period and HeyDay meals have fully thawed, please contact us at [email protected] before consuming.

Dineamic meals outside of the HeyDay range are delivered chilled and should be stored in the fridge.
