Our HeyDay meals, soups and desserts are delivered frozen, so you can keep them in the freezer and enjoy them whenever it suits you. When you’re ready, simply heat straight from frozen until hot — no need to defrost.

If you also order Dineamic meals outside of the HeyDay range, these will be delivered chilled in a separate box to keep them fresh, and should be stored in the fridge.

For best results, always follow the heating instructions on the packaging.
