If something isn't right with your order — a damaged meal, a missing item, or a quality issue — contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo where relevant.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Timeframes vary by payment type:
- Credit/debit card: 3–5 business days
- AfterPay/ZipPay: processed via your provider
- PayPal: typically within 24-48 hours

For missing items, we can either refund or include the item in your next order — whichever you prefer.
