We're a Melbourne-based meal delivery service. Our dietitian-designed HeyDay meals are freshly cooked in our kitchen, then freezed them at peak freshness — ready to heat and eat in minutes.

Here's how it works:

1. Browse our menu and choose your meals (or pick a bundle).

2. Select your delivery day at checkout.

3. We deliver to your door.

4. Store your meals in the freezer.

5. Choose your meal, heat from frozen and enjoy — no cooking required.

Dineamic meals outside of the HeyDay range are chilled meals and are delivered in a separate box to ensure they stay fresh and at the right temperature.

You can order as a one-off or set up a subscription for regular deliveries. No lock-in contracts.
