Our insulated packaging and gel ice packs are designed to keep your frozen meals frozen for several hours after delivery — however, we recommend transferring them to your freezer as soon as possible.

If you won't be home, leave specific instructions at checkout for a shaded, cool spot.

Daytime deliveries: boxes can be left outside for approximately 4–6 hours out of direct sunlight, and less in warmer climates (≥30°C). 

Overnight deliveries: boxes can be left outside for approximately 7–9 hours under cooler climates, and less in warmer climates (≥30°C).
