Pop your HeyDay meals straight into the freezer when your delivery arrives — ideally within 4-6 hours for daytime deliveries or within 7-9 hours for overnight deliveries. Don't leave meals at room temperature for extended periods, especially in warm weather.

Dineamic meals and pouches outside of the HeyDay range are delivered chilled and should be placed in the fridge on arrival.
