Add a safe drop location in your delivery instructions at checkout — for example, 'leave at front door in the shade' or 'leave with building concierge'. We recommend leaving specific delivery instructions at the checkout for a shaded, cool spot.

Daytime deliveries: boxes can be left outside for approximately 4-6 hours out of direct sunlight, and less in warmer climates (≥30°C). 

Overnight deliveries: boxes can be left outside for approximately 7–9 hours under cooler climates, and less in warmer climates (≥30°C).

You'll receive a text when your order arrives. Please transfer to the freezer as soon as possible to maintain frozen quality.
