We're really sorry to hear that — please don't consume any HeyDay meal that has fully thawed, or has damaged packaging.
Take a photo of the meal and film and contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
